  • Resilience Hub

USHST members have direct access to a diverse and growing library of modules specifically focused on developing the personal, professional and career resilience of aviators. An industry first, The Resilience Hub was created by our peer support program partners, The Centre for Aviation Psychology. While they see peer support as a necessarily reactive service for individuals dealing with a personal crisis, the purpose of The Resilience Hub is providing aviators with the proactive ability to educate themselves on a range of topics before they become a crisis. These topics have been curated by aviation subject matter experts and delivered in an easily accessible style and language familiar to those in aviation.)

Interested? USHST members can find out more about The Resilience Hub by visiting the website and creating an account (using the voucher code USHST2025) to access the content therein.
